When we first inspected the property there were over a dozen areas causing leaks into the home, with an additional 15 leaks discovered after the tiles were removed. A different roofing company had done “repairs” to the roof in the past, but those repairs were done incorrectly and with the wrong materials. We diagnosed the source of the leaks (most of which were due to faulty installation and cheap/inadequate materials) and put together a plan for removing the tiles to properly install the correct underlayment. The homeowners were finally able to have peace of mind that their roofing system was installed correctly and would protect them and their beautiful home from the elements.
